Price and Rating

How can this show a 4+ rating if not a single review is shown for this version or previous versions? Also, why not just publish here what the price is of the in-app purchase to remove ads and unlock the full app? I do not even see that information on your website for this app. I have downloaded it because of a recommendation but I am somewhat reluctant to open it because on first glance this feels deceptive.
